I am in love with acrylic paint because of the tremendous range of choices to represent the subject of each painting. It won my heart with the way it adapts to the techniques used with other media such as oil, watercolor, pen&ink, spray paint, or glue. I use the versatility of acrylic paints coupled with gold leaf, and other acid free materials to create my paintings. I also use the above along with acrylic resin and other elements to create jewelry pieces that harmonize with my work on canvas.

Build a Line Challenge Blog hop: theme reveal

Reorganizing the studio area. Again

In preparation for the jewelry class I’m taking in January, I am once again moving things around in my little art stuffs area. I need to have the jewelry making supplies easily accessible, but I also want to keep a spot set up for painting. I will be exploring the possible configurations today. Also i neef to do some genetal cleaning because my work procesd often leaves my space looking as if a storm has hit. Pictures to come later, wish me luck.

Since acquiring Multi-surface decoupage (or magic elixir as I call it) I have been a little obsessed. There are so many possibilities! I want to try them all!
